ADS Laser Cutting specialises in the precision processing of sheet metal, offering a full range of services from laser cutting and folding to fabrication, finishing, and assembly.Our capabilities include laser cutting of sheet metal up to 6215mm x 2595mm in materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper. We operate six press brakes capable of folding sheet metal up to 6000mm in length, with pressing pressures up to 640 tonnes.Our expert fabrication team utilises a wide range of welding methods, including TIG, MIG, spot welding, coded welding, and laser welding, to deliver high-quality metal components and structures.We also offer comprehensive metal finishing services from our on-site paint shop, including graining, rumbling, shotblasting, phosphate washing, powder coating, and wet painting.To complete the process, our assembly services ensure the accurate and efficient joining of components for durable, reliable end products. Whether it’s high-volume production or complex, custom-built projects, ADS provides a full-service metal solution from concept to completion.
